St David's Marist Inanda prep school proudly stands by the 200 buckets.

A project by a St David’s Marist Inanda mother, whereby 200 buckets were filled with non-perishable food items for families in need, has inspired generosity among the prep school.

The prep school donated filled buckets to Gift of the Givers.

St David’s teacher, Cherie Smith, ensured that each class received 10 buckets to fill and the boys brought in specific non-perishable items to contribute to their class buckets.

The buckets were laid out in the shape of the number 200 and a special prep school assembly was held on 10 May.
